The Aisle of Dogs - Intimate Holme Pierrepont Hall Wedding.

It’s not very often I shoot a Wedding celebration that’s super focused on pets, but we all love our pets and if we can have them involved in some way on the wedding day then, why the heck not!

I recently shot a celebration for these rascals (and their dogs!) at Holme Pierrepont Hall, a stunning Grade I listed Manor house in Nottinghamshire.

Being as they’re booked for a Destination Wedding in Santorini, the pride and joy that are their three dogs sadly aren’t allowed to attend. So they opted for an intimate celebration to include their dogs and have a keepsake to tie in alongside their official Wedding Day in Santorini.

It wasn’t quite Greek island weather over in Nottingham, but the sun was out and giving off some gorgeous light, peeking through the Windows at Holme Pierrepont Hall creating incredible little pockets worthy of basking in! Holme Pierrepont Hall has it all, especially if you’re looking at a wedding venue that retains all of its natural grade I listed charm and quirks.

There are plenty of rooms tucked away if you want an intimate, romantic & luxurious wedding, though being an exclusive use venue, you have the house and grounds to tailor it exactly to your needs, big or small. With access to huge gardens capable of hosting a bigger outdoor/marquee wedding. and enough space to be able to slip quietly away and spend a few of those breather moments away with your partner.

One of the things I flippin’ love about these smaller, more intimate celebrations is the ability to be a little more slower paced to stay within the moment. There is plenty of room for conversations between us and helps with the flow, helps you to feel more open and relaxed.
