DIY Neon Arcade Wedding at The West Mill, Derbyshire
As featured on - Rock n Roll Bride Magazine
Chelsea & Jordan opted for The West Mill as their dream wedding. An absolute behemoth of an industrial blank canvas! And if you’ve read some of my other blogs on here, you’ll know well that I am in love with this Wedding Venue.
So when I first met and had a good ol’ chat with Jord & Chel. Their plans, style and overall chilled approach to their Wedding day was something to get 100% excitement levels about!
They met at a House party as young lovers often do, and have shared travels around the world together ever since, soaking up different cultures and lifestyles on this huge spherical rock flying through space that we find ourselves on. Which is probably why they have such an amazing, chilled outlook on life!
They wanted to bring a lot of their own personalities into the Wedding day to share this with their closest people and to feel comfortable knowing that this was THEIR Wedding Day done the way they wanted it.
Bringing in some of their own DIY styling skills, the West Mill with its industrial vibe provided a suitable backdrop. Inspired by a few of their all-time favourite haunts around Nottingham were they first lived together.
Pinks and Reds with Neon Signs as accents for a strong look and the Florals matching the aesthetics, all incredibly displayed by The Little Flower Shed. Jordan even arranged to Hire in some old Arcade games that were favourites growing up!
